Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is not only a relaxing experience but can also be a great workout for the entire body, especially the core groups of muscles, in the midsection.

We are now offering our new "SUP Club" Eco Workout Program.  The SUP Club allows participants to get in a great workout while enjoying the scenic views of our local waterways-at a GREAT PRICE.

The program gives participants a "punch card"" that allows them to join in on any daily tour or our early morning SUP Club workouts for that early morning sunrise workout before work.
