Eco Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour, at their discretion, due to inclement weather. Should your tour be cancelled, you will be rescheduled to the next available tour time after the inclement weather has cleared the area and tours can be continued safely. Refunds will not be given. If you are unable to go on the next available tour a "Rain Check" will be issued for you to use at your earliest convenience within the calendar year. There are no refunds for prepaid tours. "Rain Checks" can be issued. These expire and must be used within the calendar year or they will not be honored.

Customers departing on a tour that do not wish to complete the tour will be required to pay a minimum 50% of the total amount due once they depart from the beach. Customers on the water for 30 minutes will be required to pay 100% of the total amount due to Eco Tours, Inc.

Reservations that are made in advance are subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the tour if they are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of the tour.
